Private Client Solicitor (Wills Probate & Estate Planning)
CJCH Solicitors is a thriving, award-winning legal practice with offices in Caerphilly, Blackwood, Barry, Cardiff, Bridgend, and Swansea. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join our growing Private Client Department.
The successful applicant will be able to focus on business development and grow the department as well as being an excellent Private Client practitioner.

Role:
- Permanent position within our Private Client Department
- Start date: Immediate
- The ideal candidate would be able to work on a large case load with minimal supervision and have experience in:
- Taking Will instructions and drafting Wills
- Taking instructions for and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
- All aspects of probate and estate administration
- It is essential the applicant has a can-do outlook, a desire to learn, and ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent client care and communication skills are essential, and should be familiar with case management systems.
- A Commercial approach to billing, time-recording and work in progress reporting.
- Bring ideas to expand and grow the department within our Caerphilly office.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience as a Private Client solicitor.
- Full UK Driving License
