Melody is a Solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Before joining the firm and working towards her qualification in the UK, she practised as an Advocate in Kenya, where she gained extensive experience in litigation across various areas, including contract, probate, procurement, and intellectual property law. She also holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from Cardiff University, further enhancing her expertise in this specialised field.
At CJCH, her current practice spans a wide range of contentious matters, with particular interest in debt recovery, contentious probate, landlord and tenant disputes, employment, and intellectual property litigation.
