Rebecca joined CJCH in July 2025, as a Chartered Legal Executive. Rebecca studied an LLB in Law at The Open University achieving First-Class Honours before graduating in 2016.
Rebecca has also undertaken post-graduate study and is now a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Rebecca has a keen interest in matters before the Court of Protection relating to Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
Rebecca acts in cases before the Court of Protection concerning complex welfare cases, alongside Megan Gray-Power.
Her wider experience includes personal injury law (employer’s and public liability) and special educational needs law. Rebecca has over 10 years’ experience in representing Claimants and Applicants in such matters.
