Position Overview:

We are looking for a confident and organised Client Onboarding Executive to support our busy Private Client Department. This client-facing role is ideal for someone with a background in sales or customer service who is comfortable handling calls, following up leads, and helping convert enquiries into instructions.

Legal experience is not required – full training will be provided. If you have a professional approach, strong communication skills, and enjoy speaking with people, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for new client enquiries via phone and email
  • Build rapport quickly and explain our services clearly and professionally
  • Follow up with leads to convert enquiries into instructions
  • Record all leads, track conversion rates, and follow up where necessary

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Empathetic telephone manner and ability to deal with clients sensitively and professionally
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
  • Comfortable using MS Office and learning case management systems
  • Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude

Desirable:

  • Background in sales or customer service
  • Experience in a professional office environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools

Legal experience is not necessary – we will provide full training and support.

Benefits and Salary:

  • Salary £24,000.00 upwards depending on experience
  • Generous commission structure
