I am a Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial Property team, where I assist clients with a wide range of matters including the sale, purchase and remortgage of commercial properties. I also support individuals with shared ownership transactions – helping people take their first steps onto the property ladder, as well as managing sales and transfers of equity linked to shared ownership schemes.
I take pride in being approachable and efficient and I enjoy working with clients to guide them through what can often be a complex and fast-moving process. My aim is always to provide clear, practical advice and ensure that every transaction runs smoothly.
I am passionate about making legal processes accessible and straightforward. I am currently completing my training contract and look forward to continuing to develop my expertise within the property sector.
