I am a Trainee Licensed Conveyancer currently working towards my Level 6 qualification, having completed Level 4 with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. I have experience managing a high-volume caseload under supervision, covering a range of residential transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and new build matters.
I take a proactive and organised approach to my work, with a strong focus on attention to detail, and clear communication with clients and third parties. I have experience drafting and reviewing contracts, dealing with TP1s and title investigations, and liaising with management companies, local authorities, and lenders to progress matters efficiently.
I am confident handling matters from instruction through to post-completion, and I am continually developing my technical knowledge and practical skills to deliver a reliable and professional service. My goal is to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer and continue building my expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
