Tanya joined CJCH in 2009 and has played an integral role in the firm’s Mental Health Law Team since 2018. Initially serving as the Team Secretary, she advanced to the position of Team Paralegal in 2023, demonstrating her dedication and growth within the firm. Tanya specialises in liaising with hospitals and Mental Health Tribunals across Wales and England, particularly in cases involving patients detained under the Mental Health Act 1983. Her extensive experience and attention to detail make her an invaluable resource in supporting both clients and legal teams.
