Yazmin has been with the firm for over 12 years, having started as an office junior/receptionist and progressed through roles in admin and finance to her current position as Operations Manager. She is responsible for supporting the business across all operational areas, ensuring the smooth running of the firm on a day-to-day basis. Yazmin also pays a key role in recruitment and staff support, drawing on her deep understanding of the firm’s inner workings.
