Angela joined CJCH Solicitors in January 2020 having represented clients under the Mental Health Act since 2011. Angela is a highly experienced solicitor in our Mental Health Team with over a decade of expertise in Mental Health Law.
She is dedicated to providing clients with comprehensive legal advice and representation, and has a wealth of experience in representing those in the South West of England before the First Tier Tribunal. Her knowledge and expertise has made her a trusted advisor for patients, their families and carers.
Angela is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Panel, a position she has held since 2012. This accreditation reflects her in-depth knowledge and commitment to upholding the rights of those affected by mental health issues. Angela has considerable experience in representing both civil and restricted patients before the Mental Health Tribunal as well as at hospital managers hearings and in care planning meetings. Angela is a member of the Mental Health Lawyers Association.
