About Jodi
With over 20 years’ experience, Jodi leads CJCH’s Family law Department, is a co-owner of the business, and serves on the firm’s Executive Board. She provides expert legal advice and representation to both individual and institutional clients across a range of specialist areas, including family law, matrimonial, childcare proceedings and public sector matters. Jodi is also a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel.
Jodi joined CJCH in 2013, after a career in local government that led to a position of Chief Legal Officer and Operational Manager for legal services. Jodi held a senior solicitor role within the public sector at Vale of Glamorgan Council, bringing deep insight into public-sector family law practice.
Under her leadership, the Family & Children Law team has earned recognition-including CJCH’s Public Law Team of the Year award at the 2022 Wales Legal Awards for its work with vulnerable clients in Court of Protection matters.
