- Acting for a specialist SME lender in the perfection of loan securities.
- Managing the refinance of a portfolio of nine industrial premises, valued at approximately £10 million, for three private investment companies.
- Acting for a Welsh local authority on the letting of a 60,000 sq ft new build Grade A office building, which required negotiating heads of terms, an agreement for lease, and fifteen collateral warranties.
- Advising a landowner regarding a development agreement which including profit sharing provisions, a section 106 planning agreement, and a section 38/278 highways agreement.
- Serving as the ongoing advisor to a British Virgin Islands registered company holding commercial properties throughout England and Wales valued in excess of £22 million.
