I have been working in Residential Conveyancing for the last 10 years covering all areas of both Freehold and Leasehold property. I have developed a passion for Leasehold property and enjoy navigating the “quirks” that come with it. I am committed to providing a professionally but friendly service to my clients, helping them understand what it is they are selling/purchasing – I always say to my clients “I do not expect you to become a lawyer during the course of the transaction but it is important to me that you understand all matters as best as you can” and I am always on hand to assist in any which way I can.
