Sally has over 30 years’ experience in family law, having qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2000 she went on to obtain her Family Advocacy qualification to further assist her clients with all areas of family law. Having worked in the South Wales area throughout her career she has built up good connections and reputation and has an understanding of her clients needs and is able to deal with their expectations. Going through a divorce or separation is an incredibly emotional time and Sally is able to support and advise with compassion and empathy. She was delighted to have won the national award for Family Law Chartered Legal Executive of the Year Award 2018, especially as this award was voted for by her peers.
As more couples now have blended families the areas of work have changed over the years, where she still deals with divorces and children disputes, she is seeing more advice being sought regarding cohabitation agreements and pre-nuptial agreements to try to provide clarity for couples at the outset of their relationships to prevent acrimonious issues in the future. With support from her colleagues who deal with property matters and wills a full service can be received from CJCH.
Unfortunately, domestic abuse and coercive relationships exist and Sally is able to guide clients through turbulent relationships obtaining injunctions where needed or emergency children orders.
I offer legal support that’s approachable, professional and always client- focused
