qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, as well as in Ireland, allowing me to
meticulously advise clients on a comprehensive range of domestic and cross-
jurisdictional matters.
Throughout my career, I have supported organisations at every stage of their
development. My experience ranges from guiding start-ups through initial incorporation
and the early growth phase, to assisting a multinational corporation with a turnover
exceeding $28 billion in the inter-jurisdictional transfer of crypto-based assets. My work
spans corporate transactions, commercial agreements, restructuring, governance, and
strategic advisory matters across a wide range of sectors.

Alongside my LLB in Law, I hold an LLM in International Commerce, as well as several
