As Head of Employment in CJCH Solicitors’ Commercial department, I bring more than two decades of experience in Employment Law, following my qualification as a Solicitor in 1999 and early work in commercial disputes and insolvency.
Throughout my career, I have developed a broad range of specialist experience, from regularly appearing as an advocate before the Employment Tribunal to advising a Premier League football club on Employment and HR matters. I am also a qualified mediator and have appeared before the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the ECW on regulatory matters.
Beyond my legal practice, I have a strong commitment to education. I have lectured on the CIPD Level 7 Employment Law module and taught Employment Law on the LLB course at Swansea University for the past four years. Outside of work and teaching, I enjoy running along the seafront, watching football, and collecting vinyl records.
